Me and @insidious have made the move from console to pc this is because console is just boring now and it's not rally skillfull. We are making a promod team and this is going to be taken seriously, We want to practice with a few player's first and then attend UK LAN's. If you are intrested contact us through skype : ewanlestergardner or insidiousDE or reply to this, Basically want we want to know is what role you play whether you are Average/Skillfull/Ok/Bad and also whether you have had LAN experiance thanks for your time guy's!
@Lester1 Judging by this your not experienced at all. Get used to movement and Aim and then when you start doing well in pubs and stuff then make the move to competetive. Start off posting a thread on Cybergamer.org saying your looking for 3Low Skilled players. Or just mix with people you know to get the jist of things. Also you've just made the switch i wouldnt recommend LAN right away get used to playing with eachother and specify roles e.g AK,AKU and Scope. Also game sense is a big part of Promod.
Hes right but finally @Likely your not being a ****! Wouldn't mind scrimming you when we get a good finalised team and practise alot because I know there prob would be rivalry between us now Cheers for the advice though
Likely is right,it's harder than you thinkmovement firstwill mix if ya want, whilst your getting use to it. play pubs first
@Lester1 movement is completely different in COD4 e.g wallruning and strafing if you have good movement and such your probably gonna be an SMG/Scope. I AK and my movement isnt great at all mainly becuase of me not needing it as much as an SMG or Scope does.
If your planning to scope i'd recommend getting game sense as scopes need to have it more so than others you'll have to get really good movement scoping is the hardest role.
Somthing that's pretty low and is easy to handle theres no "Good" sensitivity just depends on what you can "Handle".
@Lester1 you should of spoke too me about it, I know that its different on PC but @Likely I know how too wall run I did it a few times when I needed too and it makes alot of difference in time compared too not doing it
they are hacking.. If you count aiming through a wall prone and shooting there waiting for people too cross and following them in aim not hacking then :/ but a couple have admitted it deadcode or something he tried selling it
